1. Sale price

The sales prices displayed are in Swiss francs. They are net (not subject to VAT) and shipping costs are included.

 

2. Order conditions

Each pipe offered for sale is a unique piece.

As soon as payment is validated, the sale is concluded.

A confirmation email is sent to the buyer upon validation.

3. Delivery

The pipe is shipped within two working days after receipt of full payment.

 

For shipments to Switzerland or abroad, the package is sent by priority mail from La Poste and is delivered to the recipient against signature. The package has a routing number to ensure its tracking; this number is transmitted by e-mail to the recipient or the buyer.

 

All taxes and customs duties are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. The seller does not cover these costs under any circumstances.

 

4. Cancellation of the sale

The order is firm and final, and no returns of merchandise are accepted. There is no withdrawal period under Swiss law for this type of sale.

5. Guarantee of defects

As this is second-hand merchandise, sold as is, the seller excludes any warranty for defects in the item sold.

6. Transport damage

If damage caused by transport is noted, this must be announced to the seller by e-mail, within ten days of receipt of the item sold.

After this period, no reimbursement or restoration of the item sold will be covered by the seller.

 

7. Data protection.

The seller undertakes to never communicate or sell your contact details to third parties or companies.

 

8. Final provisions

The seller reserves the right to modify prices and general conditions at any time and without notice.

 

The sales contract is subject to Swiss law and the forum is in Bienne.

 

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
